Hello,
First, I would like to thanks HIDPoint team for their friendly communication and help solving issues, that's great to have a contact with such people, and to see very nice job going on.
I wanted to explain an issue that I don't understand with a Logitech MX Air mouse.
It is in the list of compatible devices with HIDPoint, although, I can't
get it detected, with any Linux distribution or platform which should be
compatible (I tried Ubuntu, all versions, Fedora, CentOS and OpenSUSE).
I run a laptop with Dual Core, and I know SMP kernel causes a problem, so I switched off my second core in the bios, and tried even old ubuntu single processor kernel, but nothing solved it.
The configurator desperately shows that No Mouse is connected, even when
replugging and restarting the mouse and the application. I have read all troubleshooting advices, but it didn't solve the problem.
My aim would be to reconfigure the buttons BACK and SEL to other functions. Any idea about what to do?
Thanks a lot for your help, it's greatly appreciated!
