HIDPoint

Here are a list of known issues  with this build. We are working on getting these resolved as quickly as we can.

Issues on all Distros

HIDpoint icon may not appear in system tray, instead you may find it at top left corner of your desktop. Please exit the HIDPoint application by right clicking on the icon selecting exit. Launch HIDPoint by double clicking the  HIDPoint desktop shortcut.

Ubuntu 6.0.6, 7.10, and 8.04

• HIDPoint does not launch automatically, Uers have to manually launch HIDPoint using the Desktop shortcut.
• The hotplug does not work with few devices. Users may have to unplug and replug the device in order to make it work.

Suse 10.1

• The hotplug does not work with few devices. Users may have to unplug and replug the device in order to make it work.

Suse 10.2

• Exposé may not work properly, after enabling the Desktop effects.

Mandriva 2008

• Exposé and Magnifier may not work Properly.
